Exchanges & Returns

At Arvello, we believe it is important that you are happy with your order. If something is not quite right, we will help you quickly and easily with an exchange or return.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason. The cooling-off period starts the day after receipt of the product.

How do you register a return?
To return a product, send an email to info@arvello.com with the following information:

• Your first and last name
• Order number
• Name of the item you want to return
• Is the product damaged? Then add a photo of the item

Important: You must notify us within 14 days after receipt that you want to return the product.

Returning
After registering your return:

1. Send the product back within 14 days.
2. Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.
3. You are responsible for the product until it has arrived with us.

Important: Only unpacking to view the product is permitted. Any use or damage beyond this may affect your refund.

Return costs
The costs of returning are normally borne by the consumer, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Refund
Once we have received your return:

• We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
• This will be done using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.

Conformity & complaints
Check your order upon receipt for defects or deviations. Report complaints within 7 days after discovery so we can quickly provide a solution.
