Delivery address
Orders are delivered to the address you provide during the ordering process. Please check this address carefully. Any errors in the provided address are the responsibility of the customer and may lead to delays or additional costs.

Delivery time
We process and ship your order as quickly as possible and aim for delivery within 2-4 working days. If delivery is unexpectedly delayed, you will be informed in a timely manner.

Shipping costs
Shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium is free for orders from €50. For orders under €50, you pay:

Belgium	€ 9,37
Germany (Applies to all orders)	€ 13,08
Rest of Europe (Applies to all orders)	€ 25,00

Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a track & trace code. Shipping is carried out via DHL.

International shipping
We ship orders within Europe. Please note that delivery times may vary by country. Any customs or transport delays are beyond our control.
